Creatinase from Actinobacillus sp. Creatine + H20 Sarcosine + Urea This enzyme is used for enzymatic determination of creatine and creatinine when coupled with creatinine amidohydrolase (CNH-211, CNH-311) sarcosine dehydrogenase or sarcosine oxidase (SAO-341) and formaldehyde dehydrogenase (FRD-201) in clinical analysis.
