SORACHIM SA has set up a Quality Management System, according to the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard.

This system allows the monitoring and continuous improvement of our overall development strategy which is based on 3 main axes:

• To develop an ambitious commercial policy, in terms of new markets / customers / products:
  • On one hand, look for and always deserve the confidence of customers using our products. 
  • On the other hand, identify and conquer companies that develop innovative technologies and high added value products.

• To provide to our customers products with the best quality/price ratio while guaranteeing a high quality of service. Trying hard to get a constant improvement of our delivery deadlines, among other things, and the optimization of our inventory management.

• To develop internal skills in the use of products commonly used in the in vitro diagnostic industry. It requires the sustainability of the human and material resources needed for the optimal work of our development laboratory.
