Creatininase from Microorganism Creatinine + H20 Creatine This enzyme is used for enzymatic determination of creatinine when coupled with creatine amidinohydrolase (CRH-211, CRH-221), sarcosine dehydrogenase or sarcosine oxidase (SAO-341) and formaldehyde dehydrogenase (FRD-201) in clinical analysis.
